Sold more PPV’s than any UFC card in 2018
Despite the not-so-exciting result of the bout, reports are now claiming that this YouTube fight sold more pay-per-views than any UFC event in 2018.
It isn’t a surprise to discover that many are willing to pay to watch the bout between these YouTubers since KSI and Logan have a combined 37 million number of subscribers.
According to a report from The Sun, the fighters amassed a total of 784,000 pay-per-views on YouTube priced $10 each.
Aside from this, their bout was viewed not just in front of 18,000 fans at the Manchester Arena, and almost 800,000 pay-per-view screens but also half a million illegal streamers on YouTube and Twitch, among other services.
What makes these figures more sensational is that according to MMAImports, UFC has not been able to match this fight’s PPV success for all of 2018 – though it turned out to be a draw.

Results of the Fight
It was a 50/50 split for the YouTube stars, though they haven’t revealed the official figures. According to LADBible, it’s believed to be somewhere around the £150 million ($192m) mark, excluding all the sponsorship deals both of them have signed.
Both Logan and KSI did their best to win the bout. Despite this, some of the audience booed in disappointment upon the announcement of the result.
Two of the judges voted for a draw giving both fighters 57-57. One voted in favour of KSI with a 58-57 victory. Due to this, it ended in a “majority draw.”
This means KSI got to keep the YouTube Boxing Championship Belt which he won in February after defeating Joe Weller.
At the end of the fight, Logan Paul said that he felt like he won the match. Well, as we all know how things work in combat sports, KSI asked for a rematch. That’s another series of big money report in here.
Logan Paul agreed to another bout, saying that they would have to meet once again in another fight. This is the first of the YouTube stars’ two scheduled fights, with the second one to be held in February 2019.

Though a lot is not taking this fight seriously, saying they aren’t real fighters, the two did at least put on a great game – and made a considerable amount. Let’s see if fans of the boxing sport will consider watching the rematch more after this one.
