Zabit Magomedsharipov Dominates Calvin Kattar At UFC Moscow

Zabit Magomedsharipov impresses in his first main-event bout as he stamped his class against Calvin Kattar in the headlining fight of UFC on ESPN 6.

The featherweight pair headlined the MMA festivities at the CSKA Arena on Saturday night.

The American fighter has gone 4-1 in his five UFC career fights.

He is currently on a two-fight winning streak after a masterful performance against Chrish Fishgold and Ricardo Lamas.

Hot Streak

Magomedsharipov and Kattar delivered an entertaining three-round battle but it was the Russian who earned an important win.

When the dust settled, ‘Zabeast’ had his hands raised as the ringside judges scored an identical 29-28, 29-28, 29-28 for a unanimous decision win.

Stretching his winning streak to six fights, the Dagestani has improved his chances for a shot at the featherweight title.
