Mike Tyson’s Training Clip Draws Praise From The Rock, Khabib, And Joe Rogan

Mike Tyson’s recent training session has drawn praises from Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Khabib Nurmagomedov, and Joe Rogan.

This past weekend, ‘the baddest man on the planet’ posted a video of his pad work on social media, showing he still has the speed and power ahead of his boxing return.

‘Iron Mike’ hanged up his gloves in 2005, following back-to-back losses to Danny Williams and Kevin McBride respectively.

After more than a decade, Tyson wants to don the gloves anew and compete in non-professional boxing bouts.

“I’m a Bad Boy for Life. Watch #BadBoysforLife now on DVD Blueray @willsmith @martinlawrence #stillthebaddestmanontheplanet,” the 53-year old legend posted on Instagram.

Excited

The training footage has gone viral online, with boxing fans praising the boxing legend for his ferocious speed and power despite his age.

The mixed martial arts world also gave stunning response to Tyson’s recent pad work as UFC color commentator Joe Rogan and reigning lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov were left in awe.

Rogan shared the video on his Instagram account along with a caption: “OH SH*T!!! Don’ get me excited about this!!!”

Meanwhile, Nurmagomedov commented: “Can’t believe, this is another level!”

Former WWE star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson also took to Instagram and told Tyson: “My brother you got me ready to run through a MF wall now. To the gym I go.”

Jacked Up

The former undisputed heavyweight champion has revealed last week he is preparing for a major boxing comeback as he looks to appear in some exhibition fights for charity.

“I’ve been hitting the mitts for the last week. That’s been tough, my body is really jacked up and really sore from hitting the mitts,” Tyson said.

“I’ve been working out, I’ve been trying to get in the ring, I think I’m going to box some exhibitions and get in shape. I want to go to the gym and get in shape to be able to box three or four-round exhibitions for some charities and stuff. Some charity exhibitions, make some money, help some homeless and drug-affected motherf*ckers like me.”

“I do two hours on cardio, I do the bike and the treadmill for an hour, then I do some light weights, 300, 250 reps. ‘Then I start my day with the boxing thing, I go in there and hit the mits, 30 minutes, 25 minutes, start getting in better condition.”

“I’m starting to put those combinations together. I’m in pain, I feel like three guys kicked the s*** out of me.”
