Massive Powerlifter ‘Iranian Hulk’ Joins Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship

The boxing fight club, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, is set to become bigger after its acquisition of the ‘Iranian Hulk.’

Last year, the 27-year old powerlifter, Sajad Gharibi, was rumoured to fight Martyn Ford AKA the ‘Scariest Man On the Planet,’ following the latter’s signing with Poland’s MMA promotion, KSW.

Sajad’s dream was to join the wrestling promotion, WWE. Since going viral on the internet as the “Iranian Hulk,” some MMA outfits in the world have expressed interest on signing him.

He rose to online stardom because of his unbelievable physique, which gained him over 400 thousand followers on Instagram.

Sajad also works as a real estate employee and has previously trained in his country’s military force.

Now, he is slated to take on new challenge as he signed up with BKFC, as per the announcement of the company president, Mr David Feldman.

New Home

On Saturday’s BKFC 9 preliminary broadcast, a video promo was played at the end, announcing the acquisition of Gharabi, who will make his debut next year at the USA vs Iran: World War III.

Though no official date and opponent has been mentioned yet, the 6-foot-2 giant is expected to bring big things for Philadelphia-based promotion.

Later in the evening, the company president discussed Gharibi’s upcoming debut, saying a try-out will be held to determined the Iranian Hulk’s opponent.

“This guy’s going to make his Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship debut in early 2020.”

“We’re going to do a show entitled ‘USA vs. Iran: World War III.’”

“He’s literally our biggest signing we’ve ever had. But he’s going to make his way over to Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, he’s gonna make a home here, and we expect really, really big things from ‘The Iranian Hulk.’”

No Reason To Fear

In a previous interview with Sputnik Iran, the massive powerlifter shared the secrets to his insane physique.

“Usually, I eat 4-5 times a day, but when I am trying to bulk up, i increase my meals to 7-8 times per day.”

“I eat about the same thing as every Iranian family does.”

“However, what distinguishes me from others is my genetics.”

“My grandfather was also a big man and went to the zurkhaneh (a traditional sports arena).”

Sajad’s built may look scary to some but his personality is a complete opposite.

“The phrase Iranian Hulk has already become a world brand.”

“I am somebody who smiles a lot and I’m very polite to everyone.”

“People have no reason to fear me.”
