But in a graphic posted by Fox Sports: UFC on Twitter, one mysterious detail said that St-Pierre is now a “lightweight contender.” Could this mean that White was lying about his return fight?
The French-Canadian mixed martial artist is known as one of the greatest fighters of all time. Winning another belt in another division could help him cement that status, surpassing the likes of Daniel Cormier and Demetrious Johnson.
And in his latest photo posted on social media, it looks like he is getting ready to add the lightweight belt to his legacy.
