Francis Ngannou has revealed his new physique ahead of his next fight, and he’s looking seriously jacked as he prepares for his return to the Octagon.
The heavyweight is set to face Jairzinho Rozenstruik on March 28 at UFC on ESPN, as the two both look to pave their way to a title shot.
And the Cameroonian-French fighter is looking in the shape of his life as he prepares for the headline bout next month.
‘BEAST’
Ngannou took to social media to reveal his jacked physique, posting a series of pictures during his workout.
The photo has stirred excitement ahead of his clash with Rozenstruik, with UFC president Dana White commenting: “Holy f***ing sht!”
One fan replied: “Somebody’s head is coming off in this fight💯😂”
Another said: “HE’S LOOKIN LIKE A BEASTTTTTTT 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽”

‘Predator’
“Predator” will take part in his 12th UFC fight when he faces Rozenstruik next month.
His only losses have come via decision against current champion Stipe Miocic and Derrick Lewis.
And the recent images have clearly left fans favouring him for a victory.
But his opponent has a different idea, and believes he’ll be the first person to knock Ngannou out.
Rozenstruik explained he wants the number two spot, and a knockout victory is the only option.
“Francis is number two in the world, and I want his spot.” he said.
“So the only thing that counts is winning this fight, taking his spot and going for the title shot after,”
“Nobody wants to fight him.”
“He’s knocked everybody out of their face, I do the same.”
“If I land first, he goes to sleep.”
“I’m going to be the first guy to knock his a** out.”
Ambition
Rozenstruik is 4-0 in the UFC, with all four victories coming by way of knockout.
His last fight saw him destroy Alistair Overeem’s lip with a brutal strike.
And the Surinamese fighter is now pursuing a UFC record as he attempts to become world champion in just six fights.
“I’m looking for another record,” he continued.
“If I beat him, I go 5-0 in the UFC with 5 KO’s, go for a title shot, take the title and make another record.”
“Six fights in the UFC and I’m champion.”
“What’s better than that?”
Meanwhile Ngannou is on a three-fight win streak, having stopped all his opponents since his loss to Lewis back in July 2018.
With both heavyweights known for their tremendous power, we could be in for an all out war.
