Conor McGregor’s Boxing Technique During Open Workout Has Gone Viral
Earlier in the week, we saw Floyd Mayweather kick things off with the first open workout for the media.
Today, Conor McGregor gave the world a sneak peak into his boxing skill when he too had an open workout. Just days out from his boxing debut against undefeated (49-0) boxing legend Floyd Mayweather, it’s unlikely Conor will learn many new skills, meaning we should be able to get a pretty good taste for where he is at.
You could be forgiven for missing the open workouts, as earlier today, Dana White published two videos on Instagram, finally revealing what went down in the sparring sessinos with Paulie Malignaggi.
One of the videos showed Paulie being dropped after a series of punches, despite Paulie claiming he was “shoved” out of frustration. You can review the footage here.
The footage below shows McGregor working the bag, and has sparked a series of mixed responses on Twitter.
I think McGregor is just trolling everyone at this point with those slow punches on the bag

The stuff McGregor is doing in this media workout is either a master troll or he literally has no idea what he's doing. #MayweatherMcGregor
