Conor McGregor Responds To Racism Charge In The Most Notorious Way Possible
Conor McGregor has addressed the charge that he is racist in the most Conor McGregor way possible. This is absolute gold…
Firstly, some background: on the first night of the MayMac tour, The Notorious used a common sledge from Ireland when he yelled “Dance for me, boy!” at Mayweather who was shadowboxing across the stage at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles.
McGregor continued to taunt his upcoming opponent but changed the phrase to “Dance for me, son, dance for me!” after probably realising the full weight of his words.
The Twittersphere blew up in response to that ill-conceived line…

"Dance for me, boy!" Ohh, ohh. Does he know what he just said?

"Dance for me, boy! Dance for me, son!" – McGregor
Welp, what was the over/under on racist one-liners? #maymacworldtour

I hope y'all caught McGregor telling Mayweather "Dance for me, boy" and understand how problematic that is given the racial dynamic

After the event, Floyd Mayweather Sr spoke to reporters and said that the comment wasn’t racist…
And now, on the third day of their four city, three country ‘world tour’ McGregor himself has addressed the racism accusation in the only way the Irishman knows how.
“A lot of the media seem to be saying I’m against black people,” McGregor said during the press conference. “That’s absolutely fu*king ridiculious: do they not know I’m half black? Yeah! I’m half black from the belly button down!” He then continued with a message to the good looking black ladies in the house (see below).
Holy sh*t! This guy just does not give a fu*k! Obviously, this is going to draw yet more fire from some fans who either don’t realise he was joking or are looking for any excuse to hate on the man but do you think he cares? Does he hell!
Only three days into it, the MayMac show has been a lively affair: flags have been stolen, mics have been cut, money has been thrown about, and McGregor has made fun of Floyd’s alleged illiteracy, to name a few of the highlights thus far. No matter what goes down on August 26, this is already as entertaining as sh*t!
